Is the Poco F4 release date globally happening soon?
Though there has been no official news on the POCO F4 release date in India but leaks say it should be Sunday, June 19, 2022. In the meantime, we have news on its launch on the global front too.
The vanilla version of POCO F4 GT, POCO F4 was recently spotted on the TRDA certification site in UAE. This gives rise to speculations that the Poco F4 release is getting planned for an international launch.
On the TRDA listing, one can make out POCO F4 5G having model number 22021211RG model number. Earlier it was spotted on the NBTC certification site as well as Geekbench. Few key Poco F4 specs were revealed from the certificate. Here are some confirmed and a few rumored specs of POCO F4 5G.

Poco F4 Display
The Poco F4 is an upcoming smartphone that offers a beautiful balance of practicality and aesthetics. This lightweight, slim, and the attractive phone will be available in various colour combinations. The phone is said to have a 6.67-inch (16.94-cm) Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, with 395 PPI.

The phone’s Octa-core (1×3.2 GHz Kryo 585 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.80 GHz Kryo 585) Qualcomm SM8250-AC Snapdragon 870 5G CPU provides speedier and lag-free performance whether viewing movies, playing demanding graphics games or browsing the web.
Furthermore, the smartphone will include 6 GB of RAM, allowing you to switch between apps without interruption. It may also have 64 GB of internal storage, allowing you to save all of your songs, movies, games, and other stuff without worrying about storage issues.

Poco’s obsession with side-mounted fingerprint sensors suggests that the Poco F4 will have one as well.

The official debut of the new POCO F4 and Poco F4 Pro is away in a few weeks. The Poco F4 leaks hint at a June 2022 launch. We have to wait and see if they get a global launch, however, people are waiting for this news.
Poco F4 Pro price in India is speculated to hover around $445/Rs 25,990 as per 91mobiles for the base 128GB / 8GB variant.

Are Poco F4 and Poco F4 Pro rebranded versions of Redmi K40S and Redmi K50 Pro?
Poco F4 series listing has been found on the NBTC (Korean Communications Commission) and the Indian variant is registered in the IMEI database. As per the NBTC screenshot, the model registered with NBTC as POCO F4 is “22021211RG” (G stands here for Global). It is speculated that POCO F4 might be rebranded version of Redmi K40S that got released in China with model number “22021211RC”. Poco F4 Pro is rumored to be rebranded version of the recently launched Redmi K50 Pro.
Summing It Up
While not a formal announcement, the company’s Head of Product Marketing, Angus Kai Ho Ng, told Tech Advisor confidentially before the F4 GT debut that we should “keep tuned” for news on a standard version of the POCO F4 series smartphone.
