Pollywood – The Punjabi Film Industry is booming in recent days. With more actors, singers, and directors stepping up with each new title, more Punjabi movies are hitting the cinemas. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, cinema suffered a great loss, and due to this, many films have shifted to the OTT division. As we have come to know, Satinder Sartaaj’s Ikko Mikke will soon be added to Netflix.
Ikko Mikke is a romantic love story of Nihaal (Satinder Sartaaj) and Dimple (Aditi Sharma). These love birds meet each other in a college, where Nihaal is a Fine Arts student and wants to make a sculpture of a fellow college student, Dimple. From that day, both of them meet each other frequently and gradually fall for each other.
Luckily both of them end up marrying, but when life is meant to be a ‘lived happily ever after’, things become more complicated. With daily fights and misunderstandings, their marriage is on the edge of failing. Until one day, both of them get in a car accident. Although they die, they get another chance of living, by interchanging their souls. That is, Dimple survives, but now with the soul of Nihaal and similar things happen with Nihaal. This creates a menace in both of their personal lives. How will Nihaal and Dimple be able to survive? Will they ever be back to normal?
Ikko Mikke was released on 13th March 2020, in competition to Chal Mera Putt 2. While Chal Mera Putt 2 is also expected to hit on Amazon Prime Video, Ikko Mikke is predicted to come on Netflix after 20th May. We will keep you updated with more information and dates, so stay tuned to phoneswiki.com.
