The world fits perfectly in the pocket of your jeans and the palm of your hands. Our mobile phones have become the most convenient means of accessing information. Essential and non-essential applications such; Gaming apps, business apps, health apps, beauty apps, and others have become a part of our daily lives.

Oftentimes we walk around with our mobile phones than we do with our laptops because it provides better convenience. As a user of mobile apps, how often have you tried searching for your favorite mobile apps on PC only to be disappointed at not seeing them? How much do you wish to access these apps on your personal computer?

It is for this reason that WishApplist was developed. By creating a voting system, it helps users install their favorite apps on their personal computers.

What is WishAppList ?

In a world of endless innovation, applications are currently important for our daily routines. But noticeably numerous versatile applications like Capcut for iOS that we might want to see do not exist on PC. WishApplist was created, so users of the Internet can communicate their needs in regards to the appearance of their favorite applications on Windows.

The benefits of applications are clearly seen in day-to-day life. Every internet user presently can vote for developers to create the applications they need to see on PC. WishApplist will, at this point, contact the developers to tell them of the demands of users. It is believed that the demands of the users will motivate developers into creating apps to promote and maintain the number of users using their apps.

How does WishAppList work?

The site is designed to be user-friendly, it provides users with a list of applications they could vote for. If a user already knows what application he/she would like to see on PC, they proceed to give their opinions and make their wishes. In order to vote, users need to create a free account on the platform, after which the voting process starts.

The voting process simply involves clicking a heart if the user is interested in accessing the application. For any application that is not on WishAppList, all a user needs to do is suggest it on the platform.

After voting, the platform collects the votes and contacts developers of the application informing them of the demands of their users. Although it is possible to contact the developers directly, this single effort will obviously not make much of a difference than a collective vote from various users. WishAppList is designed in such a way that when these applications are available on PC, the users get a private message notifying them of the positive result of their votes.

Whether the platform will actually persuade publishers to bring their applications to Windows is uncertain. Nevertheless, this is a good way for the public’s demand for applications to be evaluated and easily seen by a designer. Some results have been recorded with certain applications now appearing on PC. Assuming there are applications that you need, be sure to create an account on WishAppList and cast your vote now.
