According to reports, OnePlus is working on a fresh Nord series smartphone. The smartphone, which is likely to be dubbed the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G, is scheduled to be released in China soon. The new Nord smartphone has not yet been announced by the smartphone manufacturer, but it has been seen on the internet online retailer AliExpress French website with its price, images, and specs. Earlier the device was spotted on the NBTC certification website. Launched in the mid-range segment, it will compete against the likes of Motorola Edge 30 and Moto Frontier waiting for launch.
OnePlus Nord 2T Launch Date
OnePlus has not yet publicly revealed the Nord 2T’s launch date. But the listing on the retailer’s site hints an imminent launch is pending. OnePlus Nord 2T launch in India was rumored for May or early June. The same is also tipped by tipster @stufflistings. However, in the absence of official confirmation, we would have to sit back and wait for some formal facts to learn more about OnePlus Nord 2T launch.
OnePlus Nord 2T Specifications Leaked
The OnePlus Nord 2T has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. The display has a pixel density of 409 PPI and a punch hole arrangement in the top-left corner. The 20:9 aspect ratio display results in a screen-to-body ratio of over 86 percent. On the right side of the phone is the start button, while on the left is the volume slider. For safety, the Nord 2T includes an on-screen fingerprint scanner, as well as a face unlock, through the selfie camera.
This phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 octa-core CPU with 6GB RAM. It has 128GB of inbuilt storage but no specialized card slot. The phone is powered by Oxygen OS 12.1, which is based on the Android 12 OS. The new Nord phone has a triple back camera with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle detector, and a 2MP detector. The phone’s front-facing camera is 32MP, allowing you to capture selfies, film movies, and make video calls.
The OnePlus Nord 2T is equipped with a 4500mAh battery that enables 80W rapid charging through the USB Type C connection. This phone has Wi-Fi, 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, 4G VoLTE, USB OTG, NFC, GPS, and A-GPS with GLONASS connectivity.

For a single storage combination of 8GB + 128GB, OnePlus is planning to launch at a starting price of EUR 399 (roughly Rs 32,100), as per the Aliexpress listing. The gadget is shown to be available in two colors, namely grey and green. The OnePlus Nord 2T Price in India is likely to hover around Rs. 52,000 – Rs 55,000. However, these leaks are indicators. It’s advisable to wait for an official confirmation from OnePlus.
