The trading platform that this broker uses is good, and it looks like the same one many other brokers use. The thing is that they have a lot of games in which you can play and win bitcoins.

If you are lucky, there is always someone there who will answer your question in less than 2 minutes. They explain everything very clearly, and if you do not understand what they are saying, they will always send you a screenshot so that even your grandmother can understand.

The best thing is that they try to solve your problems, not like other company’s where you feel like you are bothering them. They work fast, and more than one time, they solved my problem in less than 2 minutes while I was chatting with them.

They have a variety of education requirements for the traders, like eBooks, glossaries, etc. The eBooks have a lot of information about different trading strategies and how to trade the news. There is a guide that explains all the rules of their bonus system in depth, which I find very helpful. The many eBooks are for beginners and advanced traders.

You can request different books to be sent to your email, and there is a lot of good information in them. They even provide you with a guide on their bonus system if you want. The chart is very clear, and it is easy to see all the information you need about each coin. Also, there is a news section where you can check what happened with a specific currency. The tools they offer are helpful, especially if you want to short coins or go long on an asset.
I am not going to lie, but I had a difficult time understanding the charts. They have a lot of information there, and it can be confusing, but I got used to them after some time. One thing that helped me was how they present their news because it is in-depth, and you can learn a lot from them about what is going on with the market.

I liked how many assets they have and that you can customize your portfolio built with the coins that interest you the most. Also, you can check each coin’s historical price and volume, which is very helpful when deciding to trade or not.
They have top stocks, ETFs, and of course, cryptocurrencies that you can buy with USD, EURO or GBP. This company has a lot of assets that you can invest in, like stocks and gold. They also have different ETFs, which are helpful if you want to hold them for the long term because it doesn’t matter how much the price rises or falls. The ETFs will always be worth the same amount.
They also offer commodities, Indices, and Forex pairs that you can buy with USD, EURO or GBP. They have everything that you want to invest in, like gold, oil, etc.

One of the unique aspects of this company is that they have very low trading fees, and you can expect to pay around 0.5% per trade or order.
Another thing that makes them stand out from the crowd is their customer service because they provide 24/7 support which I think is helpful when investing in cryptocurrencies.
Also, another unique thing is that they offer a copy trading service for all of their cryptocurrencies. You can follow successful traders and automatically invest in the same assets they trade with.

What can the broker improve upon?
They can improve their charting tools by adding more indicators, and they can also add a mobile app so that you don’t have to be at your computer to trade.
One other thing that I would like them to improve is that it doesn’t look very professional because there are some dark theme colours that they can change to a more appealing one. Another thing is to add a chart with the order book because it would be helpful when doing technical analysis.

Positive and negative qualities
The positive things about this company are that they have a great variety of assets to invest in and trade with. The low fees for trading also attract a lot of people who want to lower their expenses. They also provide 24/7 support so you can get help when needed.
One other thing that I like is that they offer a copy trading service which is helpful when you don’t know how to trade.

The negative aspects of this company are that they don’t have a very appealing website design but what I think is even worse is that their order book doesn’t show the distribution of orders, making it harder to do technical analysis.

In conclusion, this company offers a lot of great things, but there are some small additions that I think would make this broker even better. What I like is the variety of assets offered and the low trading fees you can expect.
One other thing that I like is the 24/7 support offered because it makes things easier when you need to trade but can’t necessarily do it at a certain time.
You can expect to pay 0.5% per order, which I don’t think is very high compared to other brokers. They also offer many different assets like stocks, indices, and commodities.
