Google Chrome now allows dialing phone numbers from PC to Android

Here is a piece of great news! There is no need to re-type the phone number you see on your PC to your smartphone. Following the latest update of Google Chrome browser, you can directly call the given number in the web browser of your PC by giving a command from your PC to your smartphone device.

Here is how the feature works:

1. Click on the phone number link on the Google Chrome browser of your PC

2. Hover your mouse on the linked phone number and right-click on it to bring the context menu

3. Look for the phone icon in the context menu that is followed by the text “Call from (your device name)”

4. Left-click on the phone icon option, and the phone number will be automatically appear on your smartphone device with a Tap and call option. You can go ahead and press on that to dial the number.

Make sure you are logged into the Chrome browser on both the PC and smartphone using the same google account. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome on both the devices.
