Akshay Kumar’s Laxmmi Bomb might get a direct release on Disney+ Hotstar

Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani’s upcoming film, Laxmmi Bomb, is getting released on Disney+ Hotstar directly due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
As per the reports, the makers of the movie are in talks with Disney+ Hotstar for the digital release of the film.

Raghava Lawrence, the director of Laxmmi Bomb, and he, along with Akshay Kumar and the producers are discussing the possibility of selling the digital rights of the film to Disney+ Hotstar.

As of now, the expected release date of the movie was 22nd May. However, it is a well-known fact that the movie is still in the post-production phase, and chunks of editing, mixing, and background music work still needs to be finished. As the post-production team is working remotely, the work is taking a lot longer to be finished than it usually takes. So, the producers are looking at the possibility of releasing the movie in June.

Akshay Kumar revealed the details about the movie in October 2019, and he is trying to ensure that the people associated with the film don’t end up making a loss and is leaving no stone unturned to promote this film. Akshay Kumar is also slated to make an online debut in an upcoming web series called “The End.”
