Apple just wrapped up their annual WWDC event a few days ago. Usually, they announce some sort of upcoming hardware in the WWDC event itself, but this year was different. All the focus was on the software part only. Apple announced iOS 14 which will be released with the upcoming iPhone 12.
According to a reliable tipster, Apple’s upcoming flagship smartphone iPhone 12 will be affordable than the current iPhone 11. The entry-level iPhone 11 unlocked 64GB variant currently sells for $699 in the United States. @Omegaleaks announced on his Twitter handle that the iPhone 12 with 4G will sell for only $549 making it $150 cheaper than iPhone 11.
Apple will take the 5G leap this year along with pushing a high refresh rate display on iPhone 12. The 4G variant of the iPhone 12 will be targeted against budget flagship Android smartphones. This iPhone will come with a screen size of 5.4-inch. Although it is expected that it won’t have the high refresh 120Hz display.
We won’t see a major design change in this year’s iPhone as well. It is anticipated that Apple will again use the same notch on its 2020 iPhones housing the Face ID and front-facing camera.
