Next-Gen iPhone is a step closer to reality now. We are almost two months away from the launch of iPhone 11 lineup – iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max and iPhone 11R. And the rumor mills are going strong trying to viral any leaks. The latest doing the rounds is a video from Mobile Fun showcasing the dummy units. As per the team, they got the dummy devices from case testing manufacturing units in China for iPhones.
There is no confirmation that the devices seen in the video are the replicas of the actual iPhone 11 and we will see them launched later. But what we see in the video falls in line with what we have heard so far. Most obvious is a major deviation from the normal rear camera design. It shows off a square-shaped camera bump on the rear side. Rest of the design falls in line with the previous models.
Leaked Features and Specifications of iPhone 11
Let us first talk about the updates on the processor in iPhone 11. The processing unit is Apple’s next-gen “A13” Bionic SoC which uses TSMC’s 7-nm Chip. A13 is currently most powerful which will enhance the CPU multi-core performance. It will bring system-wide dark mode, privacy enhancements along with performance boost. Its ARM features are way ahead of the latest Android’s SoC in the market. The latest update on TSMC is that it is booked heavily with the expected orders from Apple.
Apple A13 will greatly enhance the CPU multi-core performance and GPU, this GPU is still far beyond the Android camp's SoC, maintaining a one-year advantage.

Next, let us have a look at the dimensions and the screen sizes. The dimensions are expected to be same as its predecessor. iPhone 11 would spot a 5.8-inch AMOLED display taken from Samsung. iPhone 11R, on the other hand, will have a 6.1-inch display and dimensions of 150.9 x 75.7 x 8.3mm. It will offer 128GB base storage more than what it is currently offering.
There are rumors pointing towards the possibility of Apple removing 3D Touch feature in iPhones from 2019 launch onwards. The feature was launched in iPhone 6s and was on the list to be deprecated. The same has been corroborated by a report from touch module manufacturers TPK and GIS who are key Apple suppliers. As per the report “Apple may remove 3D touch sensors from all 2019 iPhone devices”, but there are chances that “orders for touch modules for legacy iPhone models as well as for new iPad and MacBook models will keep [them] busy in the second half of 2019.”
In iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max, the square-shaped camera bump as can be seen in the dummy model will house three lenses. They are standard, telephoto, and ultra-wide lenses. While the iPhone 11R will carry only standard and ultra-wide sensors. There is a high possibility that Apple will use the same 12MP setup of current iPhone XS.
Alleged next iPhone case moldings show what we discussed in our story last week in terms of new cameras. 3 on the high end, 2 on the new XR. Plus all models apparently getting a square, at least based on this one mold floating around. https://t.co/BhAFTZZL6u pic.twitter.com/QlNJTsApzX

The Lightning port will be retained in all the 3 iPhone XI models. It will be carrying asymmetrical bottom speakers with a notch that houses dot projection and infrared tech for faster Face ID. iPhone 11R will come in lavender purple and green replacing traditional blue and coral colors.
Launch Date and Price of iPhone 11
iPhone 11 is expected to get a bit delayed than its usual launch schedule. The release might be scheduled for the third or fourth week in September.
Since iPhone 11 will be the next generation of XS and XS Max, so expect the pricing to be kept around $999 (£799) and $1,350 (£1,099). We are still two months away from power-packed launch but the leaks appear to be convincing!
