Though Infinix has not confirmed its future plans, but there are leaks about the company working on its brand new series – SONOKOR. Let’s visit the information about the yet to be announced Infinix series. Speculations are wild on the content inside the box.
A couple of days ago, on the Infinix Club forum, one of the members Mr. Tipster had broken the news about “INFINIX – New Series Leaked“. He shared the “approved designs” images of the next series from Infinix.
The images show packaging done with the outer cover in a dark brown color and the familiar Neon Green color used for branding.
He shared the design of the packaging box which he says are of “The new series will be called #SNOKOR“. The post also talks about Infinix working on a new series supposedly a new brand somewhat on lines of Realme’s Narzo series.
It is rumored that the brand is currently working on an innovative smartphone series with novel design different from its current inventory. The current Infinix lineup includes the smartphone series of Hot, Smart, Note, S, and Zero.
Mrtipster was of the opinion that the brand is likely to “shift their focus on processor” better than the current offering. He did not reveal any more information on the specifications of SNOKOR. But he disclosed that the smartphone designs have already gone through the approval process and the company should disclose in the near future.
The probability of the launch of a new series “SONOKOR” is all speculation, purely on the basis of images pertaining to packaging. With no official confirmation on the authenticity of leaked images and specifications, one is advised to wait for a word from Infinix.
There are speculations that the retail packaging is of accessories, maybe getting a clue from Infinix CEO Anish Kapoor interview to Gizbot last year.
“We are looking at launching audio products by the end of this year under affordable segment,” Kapoor said, “We will be launching more fitness band and three smartphones in 2019 and all phones will price under Rs. 10,000.”
Infinix is known for its affordable range of smartphones and SNOKOR is speculated to fall in the budget segment.
