COD Mobile and PUBG Mobile are some of the most graphically demanding and power-consuming mobile games out there. This is why it is not surprising that many times players report various gaming bugs and issues. Mostly it happens because these games tend to give players a PC gaming experience on mobile phones. Xiaomi users are also experiencing the same after the recent MIUI 12.5 update.

But unlike most of the time, the problem this time is in the software and not in the game. COD players are complaining that the game gets stuck on their Xiaomi devices. This started happening after the recent MIUI 12.5 update.

And it’s not just that; many players have also put forward several other complaints. Some wrote that the game didn’t even load on their devices, others wrote that their screen went black when they opened the game.

Users have uninstalled the game apps and reinstalled them. For some, it has worked. Many tried to disable game turbo, contact support, however, to no avail!

These problems aren’t restricted to COD only; PUBG players are complaining of the same. Different players are facing different problems, yet one thing is common among all of them. They started facing troubles with their games after they updated their Xiaomi devices. Some of the devices that are facing these issues are POCO F2 Pro, Mi 11 Lite, and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro.

What Xiaomi is doing to solve the COD Mobile & PUBG issues?

After these issues surfaced on the internet, a community moderator stepped in to acknowledge the issue. He wrote that the team knows of the bugs with COD and PUBG on Xiaomi devices after the MIUI 12.5 updates. He even confirmed that the devs are working to resolve the issue.

Although it seems that the issue will get a fix soon, readers should know that MIUI updates have always been problematic. With each new MIUI update, Xiaomi users face unnecessary bugs and issues. This has been going on for quite some time. You can read about it from here. Xiaomi is one of the major tech companies in the world right now, yet their updates are always problematic.
