Apple Launches AirPods Pro that Goes on Sale from Today

The U.S. tech giant Apple has launched the most innovative wireless earbud, AirPods Pro, that becomes available online from as well as in the Apple Store app in the U.S. and more than 25 countries. The company will start shipping AirPods pro from October 30 and it will begin hitting the stores for sale later this week. It is priced at $249 in the U.S., which is roughly Rs.17,600 at the time of writing.

AirPods Pro catches our attention due to its excellent sound quality, lightweight in-ear design, sweat- and water-resistance, and other innovative technologies that are expected to make it stand apart from other wireless earbuds in the market. It comes with three soft and elastic ear tips of different sizes which can suit the shape and contours of almost every ear.

AirPods Pro has advanced Active Noise Cancellation technology that uses software with the microphones to adapt to each individual ear and enables high-quality noise cancellation. The Adaptive EQ in the earpod can automatically adjust the low- and mid-frequencies of the music with respect to the shape of an individual’s ear.

There is no worry when you are listening to music on AirPods Pro but need to pay attention to certain sounds in the surrounding environment such as traffic or train announcements during your regular commute. Thanks to the Transparency mode in the device that helps you listen to other sounds around you.

AirPods Pro offers smooth connectivity with the help of a simple tap. It can be easily paired to all the devices that are signed in to a user’s iCloud account such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and iPod touch.

The battery in AirPods Pro can last up to 5 hours on a single charge while listening to music. However, in Active Noise Cancellation mode, the battery backup time is lower at 4 and a half hours for listening and 3 and a half hours for talking. However, if you are carrying the Wireless Charging Case (comes in the box), the listening time is extended to 24 hours and talk time is stretched over 18 hours.
